There are a few different challenge groups that I have running at all times.
- One group is Facebook based (a private group of women sharing their goals and motivating/supporting each other).
- The other group is an ongoing challenge group through an app that allows you to track your workouts, supplements, progress, and interact with other challengers.
- As a challenger you could plug in to either group.
- In the case of a new program being launched there are sometimes program specific challenge groups that I can plug you into.
With all of the groups you are provided with accountability and support to help you get results with the programs and meal plans that you choose to follow. In addition to the support from the groups, you are also provided with support from me as your coach. I will be there to root you on along the way and help you to the best of my abilities.
First things first, you need to decided to commit to yourself and your goals. In the end, you are the only one that can make the changes necessary to help you reach your goals.
Next, would be to decide on a fitness program that will best fit your goals. Making the decision to purchase something isn't always hard but following through with the commitment you made to yourself long term can be trying. Because, let's be honest...life happens! That is where these amazing groups pay off. If you share your goals and connect with other women and realize we are all in this together (even though we are all on our own personal journeys) it will be much harder to give up knowing that we are rooting for you and we want to be able to celebrate our successes together.
The group content provided by me ranges from daily motivation to fun mini challenges with a little sprinkles of nutrition and meal planning ideas.
Nutrition is a HUGE part all on its own. The focus of our groups is fitness but I like to call myself a little bit of a nutrition "expert-wannabe". I love meal planning/prepping, recipe sharing, nutrition label reading, etc. I love coming up with meal plan templates and would love to share all that I know with you as my challenger. I have become certified in the Ultimate Portion Fix which is a nutrition program that has helped me reach my goals.
These groups not only help my challengers see the results they are after but they have helped me significantly. Without the support and motivation from the accountability groups I would not have been able to create the healthy lifestyle I have today. .
