Hi everyone, I am Chelsea Chase, welcome to my blog! I am 26 years old and in the past year began my wellness journey. I found a new love for health and fitness and want to share it with like women. A little about myself is that I love being a Kindergarten teacher and spend my free time going to the beach with my yellow lab and handsome boyfriend.
